Complete Security

Security is a foundational aspect in all of ReforgeCRM’s software. We control the physical and cloud hosts and can offer a high lkevel of physical and enviromental security. You’re responsible for making sure your Radius Account are securely configured and patched. By following best practices, you can build accounts to meet the exacting standards required by HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and your customers.

Physical Security

• Access to data center floors is restricted to center employees and authorized visitors only
• Data Centers are staffed 24/7/365 with security guards and technicians
• All employees and visitors are identified using biometrics and ID cards
• Secured by industry leaders such as AWS (Amazon Web Service)
• Redundant Power and HVAC systems

Host Security

• Firewall to limit and block unwanted inbound traffic.
• SSH key pair authentication connections are authenticated by matching the public key with the private key
• Fail2Ban prevents dictionary attacks on servers. When Fail2Ban detects multiple failed login attempts from the same IP address, it creates temporary firewall rules that block traffic from the attacker’s IP address

User/Employee Security

• Unique Usernames and Passwords

Once your trial ends you should activate your account. (or not!) You will receive an email from us letting you know your trial has ended and to make a choice to upgrade to a subscriber or allow to expire.

if you activate after the trial period all your data will still be there.
